1.
take me to the valley where you spilled blood help me understand what you have done : : born into our blood like the sun will rise this curse will stay its course until our demise : : take me to the valley where you spilled blood put me to ease set the pain free : : you need not speak, I understand now the same decision weighs above my head It courses through my veins it burns inside my chest take me to the valley where you laid down to rest peace be in the soil warm be our beds the earth is calling the salt is fresh lay me down in blacksmith's blood forever may we rest
2.
drifting through the halls quietly, alone stirring up the dust that fills his empty home the man of many faces, paces through the day praying for the sun to forever go away : : the silence of the night and the wind against his face frees him from his rampant mind and nullifies the pain the comfort of the quiet streets and how they light the way are accepting of this broken man and offer an escape : : these moments of honest clarity, he treasures more than gold but it's only a matter of time until this path leads him home the sun proclaims a man of health, wealthy in it's rays the night reveals a broken man, overcome by his ways born into a shallow husk, made from hands of grey thinking on uncertain love, the love he threw away an empty mind and carved out heart is all he bares his own walking through the dead of night, he looks to break his bones unsound are his thoughts like a deafening drone he returns to face another day and walk the night alone
3.
Oak 04:40
we will fall short It's in our design cut out from rotten oak left out to dry carvings of our feeble creator no image of our own left on this earth to eat each other in the end we die alone
